I am Jana Hoober, the director of Small World School through May of 2020.
I hold a degree in elementary education and have taught in the public schools, in church settings, and in my own home raising our five children with my husband of 26 years. My passion is teaching children at the pre-reading stage of development both in academic readiness and spiritual awareness. Every child is unique and precious. My desire is to create a warm environment where every child feels free to discover, create, and grow in their knowledge of God and His world.
I am Sarah Landt, a teacher at Small World School through May of 2020.
In the fall of 2020, I will be the director of Small World School.
I am a licensed teacher in the state of Minnesota and have been teaching at Small World School for the past five years. Prior to my time at Small World, I was working in the Minnetonka School District and volunteering with many different school classes and activities that supported my own children’s education. I have four children (ranging from Middle School through High School) and have been married to my husband for 20 years. I love working with pre-school aged children and helping make their first exposure to school a positive experience. My hope is that each child who enters Small World School will know they are safe and cared for so that they can learn and grow and discover more about the world and themselves.
